Neil Bullock | Founder and Managing Director
Neil established Sterling Search in 2007, and has since positioned Sterling as a market leader in banking and technology recruitment in the Asia Pacific region. Neil started his career in Global Custody Operations for a banking group in Scotland, before moving to the Middle East to manage Cash Equity Operations for a leading Brokerage in Oman and subsequently for HSBC in Dubai.
Building on his banking experience, Neil accepted a role in executive search in Singapore with a remit to build a Banking Technology & Operations practice. Since then, Neil has enjoyed over 8 successful years in Banking Technology executive search across Asia Pacific, and he continues to build his reputation as a leading banking and technology head-hunter in the Asia Pacific region.
Neil holds a MA (Hons) from the University of Glasgow, and when he is not in the office he enjoys spending time with his wife and daughters, a good bottle of red, and a few rounds of boxing to keep fit.

Ben Fox | Senior Consultant
Ben is a senior and experienced member of the Sterling Search recruitment team, joining us in 2008. Ben is originally from the UK, and before moving to Hong Kong and joining Sterling, he ran IT projects for companies such as AGB Neilsen. With his IT background and deep understanding of the industry, Ben continues to prove himself as a leading Banking Technology recruiter in Hong Kong. Ben holds a B.Sc. from Leeds in Information Systems and is a Professional member of the British Computer Society (MBCS). Outside of work Ben enjoys running, spending time with his wife and family, and attempting to surf down at Big Wave Bay!

Clare Green | Business Manager
Clare joined Sterling in early 2010 after moving to Hong Kong from Australia. As a Chartered Accountant, Clare manages the business finances, as well as helping with the marketing and business strategy, and running the office day to day. Clare has previously worked as a Finance Manager for a software company in Australia, and prior to that spent 5 years at Macquarie Bank in finance and accounting. Clare holds a BCom/BBus from the University of Queensland, and outside of work Clare enjoys playing netball, hiking around HK and heading home to Oz to see the family.
